We are excited to welcome your child to our Football Development Programme, designed to support young players through each stage of their football journey. Our sessions are carefully structured to match the needs and abilities of children at different ages, with a focus on enjoyment, learning, and personal growth.
Ages 12–15: Performance Phase
This phase is for players who are ready to push their skills further. Sessions become more challenging, focusing on advanced techniques, tactical awareness, physical conditioning, and mental resilience. We support each player’s development individually, helping them prepare for competitive football while still enjoying the game.
