FUTURE BALLERS – TERMS & CONDITIONS
Effective Date: 28th February 2026
These Terms & Conditions apply to all bookings and subscriptions with Future Ballers. By enrolling a child into any Future Ballers session, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Definitions
“Club” means Future Ballers.
“Parent” means the person making the booking and responsible for payment.
“Child” means the participant enrolled in sessions.
“Subscription” means the rolling monthly payment arrangement for sessions.
“Platform” means the booking system operated by ClassForKids.
2. Booking & Payment
2.1 All bookings and payments are processed via the ClassForKids platform.
2.2 By enrolling, the Parent enters into a continuous rolling monthly subscription.
2.3 Subscription fees are charged monthly in advance.
2.4 Payments will continue automatically until cancellation is made in strict accordance with Clause 6.
2.5 Failure to attend sessions does not suspend, pause, or cancel payment obligations.
2.6 It is the Parent’s responsibility to ensure sufficient funds are available for payment collection.
2.7 Declined or failed payments may result in suspension of attendance until resolved. Outstanding balances remain payable.
3. Minimum Commitment
3.1 The minimum commitment period is one full calendar month.
3.2 Subscriptions automatically renew each month unless valid written cancellation notice is provided and acknowledged in accordance with Clause 6.
4. Missed Sessions
4.1 No refunds or credits will be given for missed sessions due to illness, holidays, school trips, transport issues, adverse weather affecting attendance, or other personal circumstances.
4.2 Sessions are non-transferable unless agreed in writing by Future Ballers.
5. Cancellation by Future Ballers
5.1 If a session is cancelled by Future Ballers due to extreme weather, venue closure, or unforeseen circumstances, a replacement session or credit may be offered at our discretion.
5.2 Future Ballers reserves the right to amend session times, venues, coaches, or programmes where reasonably necessary.
6. Cancellation by Parent – NOTICE REQUIREMENTS
This clause is strictly applied.
6.1 Cancellation must be provided in writing by email to:
info@future-ballers.co.uk
6.2 Cancellation via text message, WhatsApp, social media, verbal communication, or non-attendance will not be accepted as valid notice.
6.3 A minimum of one full calendar month’s written notice is required.
6.4 Notice will only be deemed valid once written confirmation of receipt has been issued by Future Ballers.
6.5 Subscription payments will continue throughout the notice period.
6.6 No refunds will be issued for payments due within the notice period.
6.7 Example:
If cancellation notice is received and confirmed on 10th September, the subscription will end on 31st October.
6.8 It is the Parent’s responsibility to ensure written confirmation has been received. If confirmation is not received within 3 working days, the Parent must contact Future Ballers again.
6.9 Non-attendance does not constitute cancellation.
Clause 6A - Free Trial Sessions & Pre-Session Cancellation
6A.1 Future Ballers may offer free trial sessions for new participants, subject to availability.
6A.2 It is the Parent’s responsibility to select the free trial option when booking if they wish to attend a trial session before committing to a paid subscription.
6A.3 Where a Parent chooses to enrol directly into a paid subscription instead of selecting the available free trial option, the booking will be treated as a confirmed subscription from the date of registration.
6A.4 If a Parent cancels a subscription before attending their first session, Future Ballers reserves the right to charge an administrative fee to cover booking and payment processing costs.
6A.5 Alternatively, Future Ballers may, at its sole discretion, offer to transfer the payment to a future start date or offer attendance within the paid period.
6A.6 Failure to attend a booked session does not constitute cancellation and does not entitle the Parent to a refund.
6A.7 All other cancellation requests remain subject to the notice period outlined in Clause 6.
7. Refund Policy
7.1 All fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
7.2 No partial refunds will be given for unused sessions.
7.3 Where a Parent chooses to withdraw during a notice period, all remaining payments due within that period remain payable.
8. Payment Disputes & Chargebacks
8.1 By agreeing to these Terms, the Parent authorises Future Ballers to collect subscription payments via the ClassForKids platform until cancellation is properly completed under Clause 6.
8.2 Parents agree to contact Future Ballers directly to resolve any billing issue before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.
8.3 Initiating a chargeback without first following the cancellation procedure outlined in Clause 6 may be considered a breach of contract.
8.4 Future Ballers reserves the right to provide these Terms & Conditions, booking records, attendance records, and written communications as evidence in response to any payment dispute.
8.5 Where a chargeback is raised without valid contractual grounds, Future Ballers reserves the right to recover any associated administrative and recovery costs.
9. Safeguarding Policy
9.1 Future Ballers is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of all children.
9.2 All coaches are appropriately vetted and hold relevant safeguarding training.
9.3 Any safeguarding concerns must be reported immediately to Future Ballers via email at info@future-ballers.co.uk.
9.4 Parents must ensure emergency contact details are accurate and kept up to date via the booking platform.
9.5 Children must be collected promptly at the end of sessions unless otherwise agreed.
10. Photography & Media Consent
10.1 From time to time, photographs and videos may be taken during sessions for promotional purposes including use on social media, website, and marketing materials.
10.2 Consent preferences provided during booking via the ClassForKids platform will be strictly adhered to.
10.3 Parents may withdraw media consent at any time in writing to info@future-ballers.co.uk.
10.4 No child’s full name will be published alongside imagery without explicit additional consent.
11. Behaviour & Conduct
11.1 Children must behave respectfully towards coaches and other participants.
11.2 Future Ballers reserves the right to remove any child whose behaviour is unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate.
11.3 Removal due to behaviour does not entitle the Parent to a refund.
12. Health & Safety
12.1 Parents must disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or additional needs prior to participation.
12.2 Football is a physical activity and carries inherent risk. By enrolling, Parents acknowledge and accept this risk.
12.3 Future Ballers maintains appropriate public liability insurance.
13. Limitation of Liability
13.1 Future Ballers shall not be liable for indirect or consequential loss.
13.2 Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or any liability that cannot legally be excluded.
14. Changes to Terms
Future Ballers reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be published via the booking platform and/or website.
